We are Registered by the Name JEZLER&METELO INVESTMENTS LTD with a physical store in Birmingham at the address at the bottom of this page. 

How it works

To buy at BRASILPORTU you can use this website, visit our physical store or contact us by phone or social media. 
On the website, the process is very simple:

  1. Choose your Products and add to the Shopping Cart;
     

  2. When you have chosen all the items, click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the website, then View Cart;
     

  3. Check all products and prices, add a discount coupon if you have one and complete your purchase by entering delivery and payment details (We accept Paypal, Debit or Credit Card). 

 

Ready. Now just wait for the products to arrive at your home!

Make sure you choose the correct Delivery option for your address! If you make the wrong choice, our team will contact you to correct it and this may make a difference in the value of your order.

Delivery Conditions

WE DO NOT DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS!

 

  • Deliveries will be made after confirmation of payment by the card operator or bank.

  • We will issue a confirmation receipt to the customer once completed. 

 

Minimum order for delivery is £30.00  to ANY REGION (except Birmingham) excluding Delivery charge. If an order is completed below this value, we will refund it and the order will be cancelled.

The prices on the website will not necessarily be the same as those in the physical store! 


Delivery Rules by Region:
 

I live in Birmingham

 

Orders over £30.00 will have FREE Delivery Up to a 10km radius of the physical store located at 430, Bearwood Road B664EY.

Orders under £30.00 or above the Defined 10km Radius of the physical store will incur a £5.00 delivery fee.ega. 

Orders delivered within 48 hours. (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed on Friday may only be shipped on the following Monday or business day.

I live outside Birmingham and the West Midlands 

​

Orders over £100.00 will have FREE Delivery

Orders under £100.00 will incur a £10.00 delivery charge.

Delivery within 05 business days (Monday to Friday) via third-party carrier.

Orders placed after Thursday will only be shipped on the following Monday or business day.

Special Deliveries

 

We have been carrying out promotional actions for deliveries to some cities in the UK for free.

​

These deliveries follow the following terms:

  • Minimum order needs to be £40;

  • Delivery days will be announced on our Instagram and Facebook weekly; 

  • Products must be checked at the time of delivery under penalty of subsequent returns not being accepted. 

  • On the day of delivery, Brasilportu reserves the right to make delivery within business hours or outside of them in some cases between 10am and 9pm. If the customer is unable to receive the goods, a delivery fee of £10.00 will be charged.

  • When making a purchase, the customer must select the shipping option according to their city on the cart page.

We do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday!
